Terms & conds

 

1,QUOTES

All quotes are valid for a period of one month from date of issue. Once a function is booked Allstar catering will guarantee the price therein for a period of twelve months. Menus are prepared on the basis of specified numbers at time of booking. A surcharge will apply at pro-rata should more guests attend than specified although Allstar catering can not guarantee buffet available.

2, PAYMENT

On booking Allstar catering - a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be made. 50% of payment will be due 10 days prior to the event. 25% payable on the day of the event.

3, FINAL NUMBERS AND SPECIAL DIETS

All prices quoted are for the specified number of guests. The final number of guests to be submitted, 7 days prior to the event. (If less than 10%) for final invoice. Special Diets requirements must be notified 7 days prior to the event.

All perishable food that has been served over a period of 4hrs unrefridgerated will be disposed of.

Allstar catering cannot prepare or serve any perishables supplied by the client. With the exception of Wedding cake.

All efforts will be made to provide ingredients specified but these may change without prior warning.

4, STAFF

Staff are available at any function regardless of the guest numbers at a ratio of 1/10 waitresses, bar staff 1/25. However this is for a minimum of 4 hours. Staff travelling time to be included, if the function is out of a 10 mile radius of Sevenoaks.

Staff are available the morning after an event to help clear the site. Please ask for a quote.

Meals will be provided for all staff at no extra cost to the client. However meals for entertainers, photographers, nannies etc must be included in final numbers and paid for by the client.

If staff are not needed at an event a delivery/ set up fee will be applied.           

5, FACILITIES

Allstar catering will require access to the area of the event in order to unload. Parking adjacent to kitchen door or serving marquee.

If hot food is to be served an adequate sized oven to be made available and work service /, preparation area with washing facilities.

The cost of hired ovens, BBQ’s, refrigerated vans to be met by the client.

6, DAMAGE/LOSS OF EQUIPMENT

The client is responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss to any property of Allstar catering hired for the clients function.

All breakages are subject to the full replacement cost to the hire company and will be invoiced after the event.

Allstar catering will be responsible for the removal of all perishable items, napkins etc. This does not include the removal of wine/beer bottles unless purchased through Allstar catering.

7, CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation the following apply;

Within 30 days notice; the non-refundable deposit may be transferred to another date subject to availability

14 days notice; 50% of cost of event will be applied

7days notice; 100% of cost of event will apply.

 

I confirm that I wish Allstar catering to cater for my/our event and accept the costings in conjunction with the conditions.
