It is important to properly staff your event if you want it to run smoothly and professionally. It is easy to under estimate the time it takes to serve and clear away hence we would advise clients to hire professional staff. If requested we can provide a delivery and set up service. We can provide a full team of fully uniformed silver service waitresses and barmen for your event. Waitresses will set up tables, bar areas, serve drinks and food and clear away at the end of the function. We suggest one waitress for approx every 10 guests. The cost of waitresses/ barman is £12 per hour per member of staff. Minimum 4 hours and to include travelling time if the function is outside of Sevenoaks. Kitchen staff and chefs from £15.00 per hour |
